Room Block Information
All V Foundation Cancer Research Summit Grantees requiring accommodations are responsible for reserving their own room in the room block by clicking on the booking button below. If you are local to the Raleigh area, booking a room is not required.
The V Foundation’s V Summit room block is available for the:
- Nights of Tuesday, May 12 and Wednesday, May 13
- Rate of $259 per night
If you choose to extend your stay beyond these dates, please contact the hotel directly for more information.
Please book your hotel room no later than April 10, 2026!
Shuttle and Parking Information
The Westin Raleigh-Durham Airport has an airport shuttle to Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU). Ride sharing services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available near the RDU airport and the hotel. Free onsite and unlimited parking is also available at the hotel.
Group transportation between the meeting venue, hotel and social events during the conference will be provided for all attendees. A shuttle itinerary will be distributed upon hotel check-in.
We will be providing a single shuttle run from SAS Institute to RDU Airport after the conference concludes around 3:30 p.m. ET on Thursday, May 14. The arrival time at the airport cannot be guaranteed. If this does not align with your schedule, we recommend making your own arrangements.
