Hotel Block

Flash Talks
We’re excited to once again host Flash Talk sessions at the 2026 V Summit!
On Day 1, Dr. Melanie Peffer will lead an interactive Science Communication workshop focused on storytelling and evidence-based strategies for communicating science and designing effective flash talks. The following morning, grantees will present a 2.5-minute flash talk to a lay audience.
Flash Talks are a required and integral part of the meeting. Each registered attendee must submit one PowerPoint slide in advance for the Day 2 presentations. Detailed guidelines and submission instructions will be shared soon, and slides will be due May 1st.
Program Directory
To support collaboration and networking at the V Summit, the V Foundation will produce a program booklet featuring a brief profile for each participant. Attendees are encouraged to review profiles in advance.
A digital copy will be emailed the week before the event, and a printed version will be included in grantee welcome bags.
